Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, cancellation can be done by paying for the handling and logistics cost incurred in the transaction, which shall vary for every order.
Returns
- Return requests must be raised within three days of delivery.
- Returns are only accepted in specific cases such as:
- Product quality issues
- Incorrect product delivered
- All returns shall be subject to the manufacturer's return policy.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven to ten business days.
Charges on Returns
- If a return is accepted due to quality issues, no additional charges will apply.
- If a return is accepted for reasons other than quality issues, the customer will bear all handling and logistics charges, including:
- Forward (delivery) charges
- Reverse (pickup) charges
- This is due to the heavy nature of building materials requiring specialised handling.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Used products
- Damage caused by improper handling
- Returns not complying with manufacturer policies
